Is a damn non-stick wok. There's enough chicken satay on the bottom of this thing to feed a small midwestern town.
Anyway. My photo page is up. Proof of my life-long debauchery.
I'll be ranting about Laura Bush & Yuletide cheer tomorrow. Stay tuned.
In the meantime, here's my very late build-your-own-superhero:

Y'all may want to reconsider a nonstick wok--if you overheat it, the teflon starts to decompose, and you wind up with all sorts of clorine and flourine radicals in your dinner.
I'd recommend a cheap carbon steel one that needs to be seasoned regularly. Unless you're stuck cooking on an electric range, in which case you're just sort of stuck. Those things really suck for woks. I wound up buying a turkey fryer and doing all my stir-frying outside on the porch, which is getting uncomfortable this time of year...

I've got a gas stove, so it's not a matter of dealing with an electric range... I think the big problem is that I just need to season my damn wok regularly.
Thanks for the heads' up about teflon...

Well, I actually wanted to give her a really neat rifle, but alas, they didn't have anything that was quite up to my specifications....
