And it's something I seriously need to get better at.

Yeah. You made it as long as you did the first time for a reason, yeah?
More generally, it's hard to distill anything to its essence without lying for lack of words. Though maybe worth it. Should I keep an eye out for future synopses?
Yeah, I suck at that too. With books I'm reading as well. "What is that you're reading? Oh, well what is it about?"
"...It's complicated."
Although, I think if I flipped over a book and that was its blurb I would probably buy it on principle.
