- Kameron Hurley is a professional freelance and technical writer currently working in Dayton, OH. She has a handful of degrees, including an MA in Historical Studies from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa. Her personal and professional travels have taken her around the world, from Fairbanks, Alaska, to Cape Town, South Africa. She made her first freelancing sale in 1996 and spent the next ten years freelancing fiction and providing copywriting and copyediting services as a part of her professional duties in various industries.
