I could complain about living on the top floor of a three flat in 100 degree weather with one little air con unit for one long, thin apartment, but then, looks like everyone else is pretty screwed, too:
I've been surviving by dousing myself periodically with cold water and lying around a lot. The good news is, Jenn and I are catching up on watching a lot of shows...

Hello from England. We're in the middle of our two week summer;-) and I'm HOT! How I ever managed to live and work outside in Phoenix I'll never know.
I wouldn't mind one tiny little a/c unit but alas I rent and not allowed to put one in the window.
i had an outdoor event for work on sunday, down on the south side, that i HAD to go to! and there was no tent!
ick.
and today's not much better, but at least i'm in an air conditioned office!

Well, if you're still coming to Edmonton, you can at least look forward to the weather! We start complaining at 25C and at 30C (I think this is 90s F) we pretty much sit on our asses fanning ourselves and whining. OK I do.
There's a forecast high of 28C on Friday and I'm thinking about changing my outdoor plans, I'm that much of a wuss.
I can deal with the heat. It's the humidity that's hosing me.
Every time I step out of the ac into the 80-90 degree weather my stinking glasses fog up.
Then my wife laughs at me...
Just wait til she's old and blind too...
